Markisolettes (Markisoletten)

The markisolette is an awning combination of drop-arm awning and drop awning. The cloth − so to say the covering of the awning − first vertically extends from the upper end position downwards, parallel to the window in order to then be dropped out over the arms − like with the drop-arm awning. With the markisolette one part of the covering, which is height-adjustable, always stays parallel to the window, and as already mentioned the other part can be variably dropped out. This type of awning can be frequently found with public buildings, for example schools, office buildings or hospitals. (Fallarmmarkise, Markisenkombination, Fallmarkise, Tuch, Bespannung, parallel)
